Happy Blog-versary!

Well, it's happy 1st birthday to my Blog!  

These days (or months rather, 9 in particular) I am restrained from celebrating with this:

So instead, I will be celebrating by making these.

This recipe is simple enough and spot on, except I do end up baking them a little bit longer (~20 mins.) to come out with that perfectly crusted exterior and gooey, molten interior.  Also, I have not yet mastered the removal from the ramekin, so I serve it in the dish, without any complaints, but let me know if you have any inside secrets for the flip!
